About Me

Eleanor Minter BSc(Hons), MSMA

Hello! I’m Ellie, a dedicated Level 4 Massage and Level 1 Kinesiology Taping Therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Bath. My passion for health, fitness, and aiding individuals in improving their mobility and well-being drives my work. I thrive on helping people move better and feel their best, using my knowledge and expertise to support them in achieving their wellness goals.

Sports Massage

Manual manipulation, movement and rehabilitation of soft tissues of the body with the aim of alleviating sore muscles and tension. Not just applicable to athletes but to anybody wishing to recover from injury or dysfunction.

Kinesiology Taping

Short to mid term versatile and comfortable treatment intervention that aims to reduce pain and increase range of movement.

Mobile Services

Both massage and taping services are available. Mobile services require first session in the clinic.
